Are there more products available than you show in the showroom?

It would be impossible for our showroom to display even a fraction of the lighting options available to us. Over our twenty years in business we have built relationships with all of the major lighting manufacturers in the US. Our design staff is there to assist our clients in browsing the many catalogs available to us.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be made within 3 days of purchase for a full refund and 30 days of purchase for store credit. Receipt is required for full refund or store credit. Merchandise must be in original condition. Special order items not returnable.

Can someone help me plan and design lighting for my home?
A
Bright Ideas has a knowledgeable sales and design staff that can help you with any size project. The more information you can provide us ie: sketches, blueprints, room measurements, paint, fabric or wallpaper samples, the more fun it will be bringing your project to life.

Do you install?

We can refer you to licensed electricians that are able to properly install for all of your lighting needs.

Why is the finish sometimes different on the same fixtures?
A
Many of the fixtures are hand painted or acid dipped. Variations in the finish reflect the handcrafted processes and are part of the beauty and uniqueness of these fixtures.
